
Credit card charge authorization terms and conditions: I authorize
USTransit.US. to charge all expenses related to all reservation made by me or by
someone else on my behalf. I understand these charges may include but are not
limited to all tolls, 20% reservation fee (non refundable) to all Reservations. Parking, Waiting
Time, Stops, 20% Reservation Fee for
all reservation, personal, corporate, government, and industrial accounts, and no-shows or late cancellation fee. I
understand that if I cannot locate my driver, it is my responsibility to call
the USTransit.US dispatcher at
646.213.4775 or 1.877.770.TAXI.
Our popular service, may cause our phone lines to receive very
high call volume at any day or night so please make as many calls as necessary
to get an operator to speak to you.
Failure to call USTransit.US and leaving a pickup location will result in a
no-show charge to my credit card. No-show charges may include full payment for
my reservation, and up-to 45 minutes waiting time. Make sure the car you are
entering knows your name and phone number. Passengers entering a wrong vehicle
will be charged for the full reservation cost. I understand that if I wish
to cancel my reservation, it is my responsibility to notify USTransit.US
at least 24 hours before pickup time. Failure to do so, will result in late
cancellation charge to my credit card. Late-cancellation fee is equal to full
reservation cost. Cancellation of bus or stretch limousines reservation requires
96 hours advance notice. Reservation for all services and license tour guide is
none-refundable! All deposits are none-refundable. Passengers are not required to
present their credit card to the driver. You may pay cash upon prior approval code
from reservation department. Reservation can be prepaid
with credit card, check or cash. All prices are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change
our prices without advance notice. All quoted prices are estimated only, final
charges may include different tolls, parking, waiting time and stops or
other additional services. All canceled reservations will be charged a 20%
reservation fee. car seats are available with reservation request, parents or
guardians accompanying the infant & children passengers are required to install
the seat in the vehicle and properly and safely fasten the infants and children
using all baby seats, car seats, boosters and other accessories needed for
your travel. Handicapped accessible vehicles are available with reservations
only. Handicapped passengers must have accompanying assistance to help them get
in and out of the vehicle unless arranged with reservation department and assist
code is issued. All airport arrivals must call when aircraft has landed before
leaving the aircraft, and once again when all luggage has been collected. For
passengers arriving at any airport without a mobile phone, please proceed to the
ground transportation desk at the terminal or an airport person that can help
you call our office 1.718.633.1613. Please understand that NYC & NJ
have very heavy traffic conditions 24 hours and it may cause for arrival delays.
It is in your best interest to always add buffer time to be picked up from
airport and other locations. We recommend to add 90 minutes to all travel
destinations between NY & NJ.
